Refund policy

OVERVIEW
We use a print-on-demand supplier to provide our products to you. Because all items are unique and produced only after you place your order, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, enter the incorrect shipping details, or change your mind.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
In case of a damaged item or manufacturing error, our service providers offer a free replacement item or a refund if you contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement item or a refund, you must be able to provide a clear photograph showing the issue with the item you received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to complete the refund process or request a new item. Please note that, as described above, because all items are custom-ordered, exchanges for reasons other than damage or manufacturing error are not possible at this time. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within twenty (20) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than thirty (30) business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at highlandandharbor@gmail.com.
