Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
All orders are processed within three (3) to ten (10) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification email when your order has shipped.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States could take an additional seven (7) to twelve (12) business days.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the order status. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within ten (10) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at highlandandharbor@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We have a return and refund policy detailed here https://highlandandharbor.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy. Because all items are custom-ordered, exchanges for reasons other than damage or manufacturing error are not possible at this time. In case of a damaged item or manufacturing error, our service providers offer a free replacement item or a refund if you contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at highlandandharbor@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
